owner met me within 30 minutes of inquiring as they don’t have a physical office at their location. Courteous professional, met my needs. When I a few weeks later decided to cancel the storage because I found a larger house to rent, they even refunded / prorated the rest of the month, which in my experience is something unheard of. You usually pay the month ahead of time and that’s that. Highly professional and ethical business. highly recommended.

You are out of your damn mind if I am going to put YOUR lock on it and you have a key, AND you're allowed to "inspect for proper placement of items to insure compliance" I'm not sure what kind of crack you're smoking... But you need to get help.
Been storing here for (too long 🫣) but when you have a small apartment that's what happens. I'm not mad about it. Rod and Stephanie are amazing and the facility is great. Gated with a passcode. Lit over night and has surveillance. Affordable and owners are awesome.
