I was in Wilmington in a continuing ed class from out of town had check engine light flashing and car missing called my mechanic back home and he recommended these guys - What a WOW experience. Dropped car off and was shuttled back to hotel, they called my mechanic also called me back with the problem advised problem and price and said car would be ready that afternoon. I'm thrilled to have discovered this location, and the service they provide. I have been patronizing them for several years now and will continue to do so. The staff is always friendly and eager to assist me with whatever I need. I have had major maintenance done there now that my vehicle has over 80,000 miles (complete radiator flush, fuel injection lines cleaned, synthetic oils and filters replaced, new tires and rotations, new brakes, etc.). I want to say that this was hands down the best customer service....I drove my truck in with a flat, the service tech came right out and filled it...didn't even ask if I was a member...he then asked me to go inside and get a ticket for the service, I am a AAA member (for a long time), the young lady at the service desk was so informative, helpful and pleasant. This whole situation went from me being upset and mad to feeling really good that AAA was there. Thanks so much for EXCELLENT customer service. It's rare these days.
