Very helpful.
A fantastic waste of money. Called Roadside Assistance to help with a flat tire. Was in communication with them for 90 minutes or so and they couldn't even assign anyone to help me. Meanwhile, my wife found a local service who came out to me within 15 minutes and 10 minutes later I was on my way. AAA couldn't even tell me when they might find someone or an ETA. I'd probably still be sitting beside the interstate. If they can't get this right, then what's the point?
We needed a simple tow. The road assistance number gave us an ineffective AI that sent me a text that did nothing. (There was no submit button.) We called back and eventually got a real person who was polite and helpful. Hopefully we will get a tow. I thought we had a 100 mile tow but we were told it was only 5 miles. Thanks AAA.
Friendly and quick
Fast, courteous and efficient service!
