The worst insurance agent around. Go to State Farm. Simple easy no overcharging. This midland/saginaw branch can’t even return a phone call.
I was made to wait 4 hours …still waiting they said the driver would be here at 6 :15 pm at 4:30 pm took time off work nobody’s has showed up . Called triple aaa and now after waiting 4 hours they confess nobody was ever on their way !!! highly unprofessional should never had me come meet them if they did not have a driver waste of time !!!! In about 1970, I bought my first car and used AAA auto insurance. Many years later, I bought my own house and used AAA homeowners insurance. Three years ago I moved to an AL and sold my house and car. I discontinued both homeowners and auto AAA insurance. This week I got bills for both homeowners and auto insurance. Seems the quality of the AAA products has drastically dropped.
They keep messing up on the billing, they have over charged my mother now a couple times and each time they make her re-sign all the paperwork, and they haven't re-embursed her for their last mess up. Would not recommend this office.
