In about 1970, I bought my first car and used AAA auto insurance. Many years later, I bought my own house and used AAA homeowners insurance. Three years ago I moved to an AL and sold my house and car. I discontinued both homeowners and auto AAA insurance. This week I got bills for both homeowners and auto insurance. Seems the quality of the AAA products has drastically dropped.
They keep messing up on the billing, they have over charged my mother now a couple times and each time they make her re-sign all the paperwork, and they haven't re-embursed her for their last mess up. Would not recommend this office.
Just got off the phone with John. (Not myself) He was very helpful and thorough. Great guy.
Worst company ever I cancelled my membership on 6/23 and still have not gotten my refund I will never get another AAA membership again because of this when they want there money they want it now but want to take 90 years to give us are money back
