Very nice waiting room, and the staff was friendly
Had excellent customer service this week. Was greeted by Arnie who was so friendly and helpful. He kept me updated and checked on me the whole time as I waited for my car to get replacement batteries.
I was assisted with a tow by Joseph who offered that I wait in the truck to stay warm as he was hooking up my car. And when I entered the building I was met with a smiling face from Lauren B, who stayed friendly and patient as I figured out my payment options. She was a doll and super easy to talk to. She explained services and offers, and didn't push the issue when I declined the offers. After my experience with the auto shop here I might just cancel my entire AAA membership. Garbage work and garbage people!!!!
