Took 3 hours and 6 phone calls to get no help what so ever. Every time I called I got told they were on their way and got no updates on what was going on. Apparently being the "time of day" at 1am (which I have had help before same time) they had to send someone from Columbus. Worst service ever! Finally after no one showing up I found employees that did the work in 20 mins. Thank you for nothing!
Worst experience ever, do not go there or call them. Very rude customer service, as I call today for an auto insurance quote so the guy named (Jacob or John) something was very rude and he had very negative attitude. I suggest go to other places and do waste your time with them.
Couldn't have done it without them! Booked a trip to Disney World and Universal Studios using this office. I have planned numerous trips to Europe and Las Vegas but Disney had so many options, I was hopelessly confused. So I went in to the AAA office and spoke to Kim W. who quickly identified the Disney vacation package that was right for us.
