I went on July 11 and learned from the person at the reception desk that this branch of AAA closed about 6 months ago. He had no information about the location of another branch, but said to consult the website of AAA.
Place abandoned months ago
This location is closed. All reviews with less than 5 months are FAKE
Poor customer service and support. Had to call off another phone just to talk with another rep that could resolve the issue the first rep started. Wait for a tow for 2 days and they had the nerve to over talk me multiple times about a simple issue they could of verified through there system. No called to follow up or see if we made it off the road. SMH are company and partners company will no be renewing any of our memberships.
