I have been servicing my cars at AAA for years. The prices are always reasonable and the mechanics and staff are very honest. I once had a dealership tell me I needed new brakes. I took it to AAA for a 2nd opinion and they told me to come back when I really needed brakes done. And they used a coupon so my visit was free! Shocked and thoroughly disappointed. My family and I have been with AAA for over twenty years now. Myself being 27, since I began driving. The communication, customer service, and overall care has always been phenomenal. This last time however was very uncharacteristic. My mother received a very ugly phone call after a couple of days of miscommunication, along the lines of: "We aren't a storage facility, do you want us to work on your car or not?"
