Jason was very honest and up front with my repair quote. I came in for a repair after being warned by the police of a faulty light on my car.
I trust AAA service repairs & their warranty. They communicate well & endeavor to complete work in a timely manner. However, they do charge maximum rates & charge full "book" rates even if it doesn't take them that amount of time. Any discount is nice, but it's wiped out but excessive pricing. In future I will shop rates on the front end for comp services. Because I had to have my car flatbedded to their facility, I decided to leave it there for repairs.
