The experience has been marked by long wait times, poor communication, and unprofessional interactions, which have caused my family and me additional stress during an already difficult period. This office has super terrible customer service skills and didn't have a Manager on site to assist us. They really don't deserve any stars at all! My wife and I are current homeowners in Menomonee Falls Wisconsin. We traveled to this AAA office Monday June 30, 2025 to seek information on joining an upcoming guided tour or assistance setting up travel arrangements to Santa Cruz, California. Upon entering the office the receptionist was very non-chalant and cold and didn't seem to want help us. As members, this was shocking to... read more
Receptionist was very helpful making sure I had maps for my trip and sending one in mail that they didn't have!
