Receptionist was very helpful making sure I had maps for my trip and sending one in mail that they didn't have!
This office has super terrible customer service skills and didn't have a Manager on site to assist us. They really don't deserve any stars at all! My wife and I are current homeowners in Menomonee Falls Wisconsin. We traveled to this AAA office Monday June 30, 2025 to seek information on joining an upcoming guided tour or assistance setting up travel arrangements to Santa Cruz, Califor3nia. Made a vacation trip with them for my third one I'm pleased with them.
What's the point of having renters insurance if it doesn't cover damage to your property. That was 3 weeks ago... I requested roadside assistance to come out and replace my battery. I have a new one already. Tow man said he couldn't replace my battery since I wouldn't be getting one from them. Had to cancel my call. So I will no longer be an customer once my renters, roadside assistance, and life insurance expires.
What's the point of having renters insurance if it doesn't cover damage to your property.
