I had a pipe leak after 10pm and called and was answered and advised what to do till Erik got there in the morning (to avoid triple the cost). He arrived and was communicative with what the issue was, he fixed it, and was punctual. I would highly recommend AAA Mechanical to anyone. Wonderful person. Wonderful business.
Eric and Natalie installed our Hot water on Demand Unit and a Whole House Humidifier unit. Our initial review offered 5 stars. It came the time this year to operate our Humidifier and it is not functioning properly - we had it installed just after last winter. We have tried to communicate multiple times over several months and they have chose to ignore all but one of our kind messages, asking for help to get the unit functioning properly - in October Natalie said they would be over in a couple of weeks - no call, or show. We recently contacted AAA Mechanical to ask whether they had installed the “coil thingy in the furnace that makes it blow cold air with the condenser outside.” The woman who answered the phone couldn’t have been friendlier—she laughed and knew exactly what I meant! She confirmed that yes, they do, and immediately offered to schedule a visit for an estimate.
