just now I will never rent from these people again i lived in two of there homes now and both homes I had to fix up with my own money the last house I lived in was so nasty I had to scrub everything down before I moved in and I fix the house up very nice they would never come fix nothing they would drop the paint and stuff like that and make me do it going on two months now that I have not lived there they won't give me my security deposit back they stated that there's damages that's more than my security deposit that refuse... read more
we first got approved months ago, called today, supposedly lost our paperwork, called back then said we weren't approved. thanks for lying to us. we'll take our money elsewhere 😉
I've been a tenant 5 years and plan for another 5 or more.
We have rented 3 different homes in the last 5 years from this company. They do not fix anything properly. The landlord will blame you for anything that goes wrong. You can not go pay rent with out being harassed.They do not believe in treating Women with respect. The office help does not know what they are doing and will mess up your papers. Like charge more then you owe. My lease says 500 but always trying to charge us 600. Renter beware! Find a different landlord!
