They physically grabbed us to prevent us from leaving a couples massage after laying naked waiting in a room for over an hour with appointments. They tried offering free time to fix it but after being grabbed so harshly we were uncomfortable and kept trying to leave as they were arguing with us. It was clearly a money grab and if they had just said they dont have time we couldve avoided this whole experience. Very unprofessional and if i could give it 0 stars I would.
AAA Massage is a wonderful place for you to completely unwind and relax. I go often and everyone is always very friendly and professional!! I typically see Katie when I’m there and she is very consistent no matter what time I go.
This is our third time coming to AAA Massage Spa (second time this month). Every time we've come we received excellent and professional care. We started coming because of their hours and their ability to get 3 people in at the same time (we've brought my mother-in-law twice with us). We love that when we arrive early we are immediately taken to get started and we get our full times worth. This is my first time to come here for a massage. I feel that Lily's massage is very professional and can find the pain points. When I left, I felt very relaxed all over, like a different person. I highly recommend it and will come back to experience it with my husband next time.
