We tried to get a tow when my son broke down on Pellissippi parkway. The text they sent so we could mark our location on a map did not work. I spent 30 minutes trying to tell the agent exactly where we were. We were on Pellissippi Parkway I-140, heading south/east towards Alcoa/Maryville and we just got on from Kingston Pike which is exit 1 on Pellissippi.
