Asked them to install new in the box (with receipts) tire pressure sensors. Gentleman says “we don’t install sensors we didn’t provide. It will be $500 to do all 4” ($25 per tire in labor) Checked AAA’s policy thru AI “ No public AAA policy bans aftermarket TPMS sensors. AAA does not publish any rule saying they refuse to install, service, or work with aftermarket TPMS sensors. There’s nothing in their consumer‑facing policies, technical bulletins, or TPMS research that suggests they prohibit them.”
Always do an excellent job Karen, Charles, Kenny, rest of service crew are phenomenal. Anything from a 911 to something minor you will be taken care of on time, work done correctly and fairly priced. I always come to this location specifically for these reasons.
Dawn is always really friendly and helpful. She seems to enjoy her job and taking care of whatever is needed.
I was one of the last oil change appointments at this shop. Charles, the manager, took my information and he was professional yet, friendly which made him very comfortable to talk to. He kept me informed about what was going on with my car the whole time. I was in and out of there within an hour. His associates were very friendly and professional as well. I would return to this location in the future. Charles is highly recommended!
