AAA has gone downhill. Me and my family have been members for over 40 years plus. We have the plus memberships. I needed a tow today in Long Beach. This is a major metropolitan area. They said it would take 45 minutes for a truck to arrive. After 45 minutes I called. They said another 45 minutes. After another 45 minutes, they said another 45 minutes.
