I booked my first cruise and trip to Alaska with Nancy Garcia. Everything went smoothly and beautifully. We stayed 2 nights in Seattle and took a 7-day cruise on the Royal Princess cruise ship. I recently decided to shop for new insurance as our policy with Progresive was expiring and was not happy with their price per type of coverage or customer service! Workers completely ignore you, and have no interest in assisting customers. Went in for a single signature notary, was told it would be a few minutes and ended up leaving after over an hour. Watched as the employees walked around chatting with the other workers while the waiting area continued to fill up, with space only being freed up when others, like myself, became tired of the overlong wait and leaving.
