Disappointed in Future Service I had new deadbolts installed by this locksmith about a year and a half ago and was initially pleased. However recently when the deadbolt became loose in the door, they refused to come out (after the 90 day labor warranty) to check and tighten the lock without charging for the visit--which they quoted at over $120.
