Jake came out to unclog my drain in my kitchen. He did a poor job. The clog is still there and a plumber suggested a contact an actual drain company, as they know what they are doing.. nonetheless, Jake charged me $350 for a crap job.
Agents couldn’t help me at all, You’re better off to call the national customer service line.
