Booked the Party bus for a birthday party. Bus was on time but certainly not stocked as described. There was no fresh ice or water and snacks. From there the crew boarded and started our journey. Minutes into the trip, as the heat rose, the driver said there was no ac, it was broken. What? 24 passengers and the amount we paid and no ac. How is this possible? Unacceptable.
