Denied coverage based off some unhealthy life decisions made over 15 years ago. Rep Alex Noecker was working with me but ghosted me once I was denied. Never gave me the option to explain myself or reapply. Just 0 response. What a terrible experience it was. I guess I will look for better insurance companies
I can understand the frustration of an agent working on an application and then someone ghosting them however this is very inappropriate assuming a situation happened.
