Cindi Vargas, AAA Insurance Agent, at the Leominster location has been working with me these past 2 weeks to change over our auto and home insurance policies. I cannot give her enough praise for her professionalism and patience. She worked with me, at times after business hours, to insure that this transition was smooth and painless for me. I never knew how many services AAA offers. Now that I do, I will definitely use their services. Mostly because of Cindi and the entire staff at the Leominster location!

I would have given zero Stars if possible. In the amount of time it took her to explain that I needed an appointment, she could have rang up my renewal of registration and I would have been on my way but she needed to be rude and not help me today as I've seen done several times before to other people. This place has the worst service I have ever encountered. Failed their parameter eye test. Had to get eye exam which showed no issues with eyes, Examining doctor suggested it was a possible problem with AAA eye test. When i suggested the equipment may need calibration was rudely told it was MA Registry equipment and not AAA responsibility. Huh??? Expensive unneeded eye test and too many hours and miles to renew this vets license
We went in on a Saturday for international driving permits. The staff member was super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The whole thing went smoothly, even with pictures taken. Great services!
