Sadly, despite a glowing recommendation I had a bad experience. I reserved a car days in advance, that part went smoothly. Night of the reservation the driver was late, drove recklessly and got lost several times. The ride was from the Greek Theater in Berkeley to Menlo Park. Took well over 1 hour 40 minutes door to door. I mentioned all of this to the company and I was offered a discount the NEXT reservation I book (really?). Thank you, but I will seek a car service with more concern for their customers than that.

I've used this service extensively for work-related travel, and have been very pleased. The drivers consistently arrive early, they're respectful and friendly, and the cars are clean and comfortable.

The worst service we have ever had! They Started off great. We booked the following for our wedding party! Logistics: Pick-up @ 1:00PM at Hyatt House 3 vehicles: One Limo $89 One Towncar $89 One SUV $39 Grand total: $217 + 20% gratuity Party of 18-20 ppl We were excited and on a strict timeline, seeing that we had scheduled a 2 hour photo session with our wedding photographer at our venue before our wedding. One of the best experiences I ever had. I had got them to pick me up from the airport to my hotel with meet and greet option. My flight got delayed by 2 hrs and there was still someone out there waiting for me. However, I forgot my bill and wanted it for official purposes. I emailed them for a soft copy of the bill and with no delays received an immediate response, following which they did send me a soft copy attached.
