The staff was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. My adult daughter needed a document notarized, and I needed information on my membership.
Around 9 pm last night I called for help unlocking my car. The radio was on and I was afraid the battery would die. 2 hours later they called to say it would be another 45 minutes. Exhausted from driving all day I had to reschedule for the morning. They came and unlocked my car but as I thought the battery was dead.
Great and fast service !!! International driving permit in 10 minutes !!!
As someone who is in customer service business I am absolutely appalled by the way your employee Lisa treated me over the phone. I work in the automotive industry and as a courtesy we call and switch the customers insurance for them. I've been in the industry for over 10 years and I've NEVER been treated the way I was treated!
