We have been working together with AAA for a few years now, specifically Alex and Ilian. You cannot beat their prices on brand new trucks and trailers and they always strive to give us the best deal possible. We have been able to grow our fleet thanks to them and we are hoping to work together in the near future.
1) Before arriving we called and were told that all the documents were ready, we needed to come and pick up the truck Nothing was ready !!! We wait another 3 hours !!! 2) the seller we spoke to by phone and email was not there. And no one was waiting for us when we arrived, no one understood what kind of truck we were picking up and what we were talking about at all 3) they said truck is ready , but NOT . According to our agreement, there was supposed to be a refrigerator in the truck. There wasn't one! Only when we reminded... read more
