Every time I find a service guy that is above and beyond. This guy is way above and beyond. Knows his stuff and solved my problem. Gave me some great fishing advice as well. Would give 10 stars if that was possible!
Company said to have pool chemistry "balanced" before the visit but gave no specific chlorine or other chemical levels. My pool store said chlorine was in safe zone but when the tech came out he tested with a strip and said it was too high and would not go in the pool. They wanted a $200 return fee to come back. If you choose to use this company make sure you test water very carefully before they come out and have chlorine under 4 ppm.
Had been losing quite a bit of pool water. After exhausting all possible remedies I had AAA come out. He spent about 4 hours determining and repairing pin hole leaks. This morning the water level had not receded so my fingers are crossed that all is good !
I was referred by a friend to give this company a call to fix a leak. I have now called them 5 or 6 times over several days and have left multiple messages to try and schedule an initial estimate. I have not got a return call and its been over a week from my initial call. Not sure if I want to work with a company that can't return phone calls ... Can't image how long it would take for them to respond if we have a warranty issue or need them to return to fix something...
We called because we had water running down the exterior wall of the pool. AAA leak detection came out, and they were made aware of exactly what the issue was. The lady that came proceeded to put scuba gear on, did some stuff in the pool, told us we needed to replace tile grout, never looked at potential issues with any pipes, and then left a large bill for us… she also left with water still running out of a exterior wall crack. Thinking it must be due to the grout, we called someone to come look at this, and nothing happens... read more
