Best service I’ve had in a long time came in with a Toro push mower was having some running issues. Turns out it was a hose that was falling off during washing. The owner came out. Found the mistake. Fixed the issue. And even adjusted the RPM on my mower because it was a little low. I asked him how much he didn’t charge me anything Service like this no longer exist, and I highly suggest this business. Well I hate to have to write a bad review on any family owned business BUT ive never been hung up on for trying to track down my parts I ordered on May 30th! I had a 5 star experience dealing with John the owner in person when I bought two out of the four parts I needed which were in stock I called back on may 30th with my product number spoke with John and put my order in when I called this morning I spoke with John's daughter who didn't have any ordered on file for my parts I was unhappy but not rude at all she gave me a f... read more
