This location is the worst took my car in fir a starter they fix that I go pick my car up to find out I wasn’t getting any power so clearly they Neva test drove it….. to find out my engine was seized so we start the process on that which took 2 months due to they machine not working not only that they neva call to update you I had to call them every time I call they tell me my car will be done on a certain day when that day comes I get no call so I have to call them to hear we need more time…. Confused about the euro exchange rate we received being so much higher than the published Dollar to euro rate. My bank may charge a small fee but the rate was $1.17 versus the $1.26 I paid with AAA. Please consider using a different company for this exchange service. My friend and I will have to do this business at our bank in the future.
I purchased a battery (almost $300) May of 2025. Since then I needed a jump 3 times including today. The Asian-Latin gentleman Jay I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude, short, and condescending when I let him know that I was within my 3 year warranty and I need my battery replaced. He kept implying that it was my electric etc.. it's not. The guy who just jumped my car told me I needed a new battery. Took our only car here after a AAA phone rep reccomendation. The car was smoking, over heating and not drivable and I reported that the car was leaking coolant (to Justin). She informed us the tow and diagnostic would be free. Right as the tow truck was arriving, he calls and tells me that this classifies as a cash tow. I inquired why and he called AAA on 3-way and they said that because we were within 60 days of our renewal for our membership we had to pay $95 to hook the car and $5 a mile.
