I had the worst experience at AAA Laurel and will never go back there. I went to this location for 4 new tires. Not only did they take 4 hours to finish my car.. when I got my keys the tires were extremely dirty and looked used. I asked multiple times if they were used tires and they claim they don’t sell used tires and the tires were so dirty from being stored in the storage area. Not acceptable. Quick and simple to deal with title transfer and registration, including getting documents notarized. Updated in 2025: Twice now, I've gone to this AAA to handle registration and titling for a car purchased out of state. Both times, I have found AAA to be very efficient and very helpful.
Very good location and Nadine and Brandon was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Thought I was going in for information sharing and followup visit but came away with "everything i needed" and then some. My new favorite place and definitely will be back soon.
