Don’t go here! I scheduled an appointment for 11:30am the manager, Diana V, told me about an hour to hour and a half..I came back two hours later and my car was in the same spot! They just gave me my keys back, no apologies NOTHING! Two hours wasted on a Saturday, no call back nothing. For a OIL CHANGE. Nothing more or less! Definitely cancelling my subscription with them!
Took our only car here after a AAA phone rep reccomendation. The car was smoking, over heating and not drivable and I reported that the car was leaking coolant (to Justin). She informed us the tow and diagnostic would be free. Right as the tow truck was arriving, he calls and tells me that this classifies as a cash tow. I inquired why and he called AAA on 3-way and they said that because we were within 60 days of our renewal for our membership we had to pay $95 to hook the car and $5 a mile. Came to the location for a simple oil change and to get my windshield wipers swapped. Not only the service took over 2 hours even with appointment scheduled , but the techs managed to loose a part. When I called about an issue to the actual store no one seem to care. Manager nowhere to be found. It took the facility a week to call me back. 01-2026. I have a 2017 Subaru legacy all wheel drive, 157,000mi. I had front & rear shocks, struts, sway bars and alignment done. Before deciding on AAA I got two other estimates. They were the best deal, not only price but service. They offered me a curtousy ride home and back when my car was completed. My car rides like new.
