Update: still cannot get thru on this number. I am trying to find out information regarding INITIAL Applications (not a renewal) for Non-Drivers License IDs (Not a Real ID) and getting one if you’ve never had an ID before. I have been told by State Rep. Joe Picozzi’s office this can be done at your specific location for my disabled son. Can someone call me or email me directly and somehow clarify this information? Thank you.

I am trying to reach this Langhorne location specifically and every time I try and call I get rerouted to a national line. I spoke to someone in my local state reps office regarding my son's disability and using services at this location so I wanted to speak to them directly. I cannot get the Langhorne office specially on the phone. Can you please help me contact them directly? Thank you.

Suggestion - You guys should list the hours for penndot on your website. Would make it easier for your clients/consumers to plan their day knowing penndot is pretty standard to their other locations. Penndot services don’t open until 8:30a whereas the building opens @ 7:30am. Would have saved me some rushing this AM if I knew.

I feel there was a lack in communication with the dispatcher and the tow driver. My address was not put in the system correctly . And then AAA put it in again and there was an issue. The tow driver had a broken phone .. not his fault. I called multiple times cause I knew there was an issue but seems the operators just said wait it will come when the driver should have been communicated to on the system. The system was not working and brought the man back to the spot my car was left instead of my home. I called many times .. ... read more
