Clean & comfortable environment. I had a really great experience with Serenna who helped me with a registration issue. I wasn’t impressed with all of the staff there, but she really stood out. Really helpful, engaging, and got my issue resolved quickly. Does AAA do employee of the month??
Posting here for visibility. Can no longer recommend any part of AAA. Had my vehicle towed through AAA. They sent a tow truck driver that was high and reeked of weed. They destroyed my bumper, 2 wheels, and scratched my door down to bare paint. Thousands in damage. Submitted 2 repair estimates as AAA requested. They also ran a red light when I was following them to the repair shop. AAA refused to reimburse for damages claiming the tow truck was a third party and the tow truck operator denied causing any damage despite me hav... read more
