Took my gram (86 and can’t move around easily ) here to get her photo id done , we were in and out in probably 15 minutes ! My gram was talking about how friendly and accommodating everyone was . Great experience and an awesome staff!
Serenna Manson is the best! I lost my ID and was upset about it and the lady at the front made me feel like I couldn’t get my new ID for awhile and like it was a long process. Then I went to Serenna’s desk and she helped me out so much and was so nice about it! Great person and she really cheered me up!
I have come here for my photo id before and wasn't expecting much because its a travel and care center however, the gentleman that took care of me today made me feel stupid and as if I was wearing on his patience. I came in to get my prints done for boards which I made an appointment for.
