The young man was knowledgeable and very helpful.
I received a new membership card in the mail. It had double-sided adhesive tape attaching the card to the letter. I used “GOOF-OFF” to remove the stickiness, and it also removed all the black important information on my new membership card! Oops!! I called the local AAA office and they could not have been any more of a help…. Even though it was 5 min before closing time! She ordered me a new card and then emailed me one to use until my new one arrives. Such wonderful customer service!
Worse auto insurance, charged $300 a month and then cancelled my policy because my family member left (we were on completely different policies) without any notice. Then pulled $300 the next month. Would not recommend they give excuses that they’re only army based. What a joke.
