This insurance agency has left me no choice but to speak out to for warn others about the way they do business. I was in a car accident on 9/29/2022 the Insurance being AAA, Adjuster being David Hampton and Supervisor Lizbet Rubio whom I’ve tried multiple times to reach out to and never once have heard back from. I’ve been with AAA for years and just wanted to add onto my policy and Tim whoever was definitely not interested in helping it was like I was an inconvenience to his afternoon and down talked me to hurry me off the phone. Apparently they don’t need anymore policies they seemed overwhelmed. Joliet is the only location that has lazy uninterested people working there.
Unequivocally the worst service I've received in trying to deal with insurance...I made a grave mistake coming here and working on taking my business elsewhere...
