Exceptional service. Friendly staff.
We had a very productive meeting with Ms. Patel, one of the travel planners. She was provided a lot of good ideas, along with maps and AAA Travel information books about the area we plan to visit. Very satisfied!!
I have used these folks since just after they opened and after about six visits so far, have found them thorough, reasonably priced and friendly. I have used them for routine maintenance on my SUV but I have not had to bring the car in for any extremely complex diagnostics fortunately.
Please avoid! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with this service center. My car broke down on a Thu, so I towed it into the service center on Fri. The car had stalled and would not start for more than 2 sec. I was told on that my alternator was out and the belt needed replacing too, and I should pick up my car for a charge of $600. Fine.
