Terrible experience on the phone and with the service. Will never use AAA
Been waiting 5 HOURS to get a driver to be dispatched and they keep saying 5-10 minutes I will get a call from a driver well turns out it will be 5 hours+ wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
This company sucks as hell. Our car died in the e middle of a road in front of left turn signal so we called the tow truck but they never assigned us to a single towing service. We waited for like one hour in the middle of the single road and ended up canceling the service and called one of a mechanics near by and begged to just come over with all the equipments and fix it. This company first told us that it will take like 5-10 mins to assign the service but no. The worst company. We are never going to recommend people this ... read more
