Avoid this location like the plague. It's disgusting how a majority of their "employees" just stand around doing nothing for hours. If I call during your business hours, answer the phone - stop being lazy.
This AAA facility was very efficient. They offer full service, including the International Drivers Permit.
They overcharged me for 5 yrs. In November 2019 I paid off my car and immediately called my AAA agent to request liability only. For 5 yrs my bill just steadily increased. Was newly 18 and my car was in a ditch. They came to tow me out but had also let my employer know that my car was “drivable” before I could even let my boss know I was in an accident. There is no privacy and no reason a grown 50 year old man should be on the phone telling the business of an 18year old. I had to go to work before the hospital due to him saying it was okay. (He was the husband of a manager at my job).
