Just switched from State Farm Insurance to AAA for both home and auto. Worked with Daniel Gould who made the entire process easier. Was able to cut my rates by over 50 percent and get better coverage than I previously had. Strongly recommend anyone who's paying higher rates to get quotes from Dan at AAA. Excellent Agent.
I feel constantly hassled for information that I've already provided. I provided a proof of qualified health insurance in January from my employer and they are demanding it again mid year. When I request it from my employer they tell me that the letter they gave me is good for the year. When I call this office to let them know it. They say they are aware but I still have to send them the same letter they have on file. I have been more then 6 years with AAA auto inaurance, I noticed that Lauren is the star of the all over AAA, she provides outsanding support and consultation using her profisonalism to solve any problem, her suggestions are a huge advantage to customers and saving alot of money by getting the best deal at the end.
