Called looking for insurance for my grandparents rental properties and it wasn’t the most welcoming experience… Maybe I am just used to my agent in California who is extremely personable and kind. But the thing that got me was all I received was a text the next day letting me know that they couldn’t insure us. A phone call would have been a lot nicer.
