I just paid my insurance for 6 months. I love that they offer a discount for doing that. Actually they are constantly looking for ways to make my payment less. I also love that I can get life insurance and a credit card through them. The girls in the office are always so nice when I come in.
Good customer service and the best insurance rates that I could find for quality coverage. Jennifer was very helpful and very informative. I highly recommend that you at minimum sit down and talk with them and compare your rates. I wish I would have found them sooner. I will update this review in 6 months. THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN MODIFIED FROM THE ORIGINAL POSTING DUE TO POSITIVE EVENTS THAT TRANSPIRED AFTER WRITING IT. WHAT REMAINS ARE CONCRETE FACTS: Recently, we had to file a claim on our roof due to water damage. Every time it rained, water was coming through the ceiling, in multiple places. We made every attempt to repair the roof but due to wind and hail damage, it was to far gone. After countless hours of passive responses we finally got an adjuster out to examine the roof.
