Very disappointed with the customer service at the AAA office on SW 117th Avenue near Sunset Drive. I went there specifically to get an International Driving Permit, expecting a simple and straightforward process. Instead, the customer service was extremely poor and not helpful at all. Their policies are not consistent. They customer services is deplorable. No wonder they are losing customers. 10 years of loyalty get you nothing with them. I highly recommend customer services training for the employees and leadership training for the manager.
