Awesome service and friendly staff, I got an international DL for my future overseas trips.
AAA as a whole company sucks. They get you to buy a battery from them as a convenience, but once you have to get it replaced under their warranty, they flake. They make it so frustrating and time consuming (days not hours lost), that you end up forgoing their warranty and buy a new one. Two techs checked the battery of my car and said it could be recharged, so I went to their authorized service center where I was td a few hours later that the battery cannot hold a charge. Terrible Terrible Terrible I have been a Premier member for almost 15 years and my father has been a member for over 35 years. We requested a tow at 2 am on the side of the Florida Turnpike. After waiting for two hours and receiving several text messages that a tow truck would be arriving shortly we got a call that no towing company was willing to drive the distance because obviously they pay them pennies, don't hold them accountable, and don't put the members first. Their policies are not consistent. They customer services is deplorable. No wonder they are losing customers. 10 years of loyalty get you nothing with them. I highly recommend customer services training for the employees and leader shift training for the manager.
Clean, quiet, and efficient. The wait was short and the process was smooth. No complaints.
