Watch out they will say something is covered then stick you with a bill
Absolutely awful!!! Do not. I repeat do not use this office ever!! They don’t answer or call you back. Switched to AAA 2 months ago and it’s my biggest regret! Signed up with Craig Wright .. he misquoted us. Got a bill saying we owed more money. But now you can’t get ahold of him or anyone at this office! Hope you enjoyed your vacation Craig! I will be canceling.
Two stars is generous. Good luck getting ahold of this AAA branch. Auto rate increased significantly for 6 months without a single notification- just an automatic bill to the credit card. Tried calling several times and was redirected to different branches every time. Also, unable to find direct email to my actual agent. Very frustrating. Hasn’t reached out since I became a member nearly two years ago. Poor service. Wish I shopped around months ago; better rates and services are out there just had to find them.
