Avoid this place. Terrible experience trying to get help with my insurance. Insurance guy just stared at me without explaining anything and made me extremely uncomfortable.
I just moved here and needed to be added to my aunts membership and register my car in the state. Our first lady on the second floor was very helpful and nice. We went downstairs and Tiffany helped me. She was super sweet, patient, and helpful! She explained a bunch of different things to me and I never felt rushed or anything. We left to get a smog test and came back just as they were closing and Tiffany saw us and waved us over so she would finish my registration the same day!! I went here to get an international driving permit. It didn’t take long at all and the staff were very friendly and helpful with the process.
The lady on the phone was shockingly rude and curt, couldn’t be less interested in helping out a customer. I would rather go to the DMV where they are much more friendly and efficient than AAA.
