Edited: following up to my earlier review. And sadly had to remove a star. The DMV paperwork was filled out wrong and we ended up having to spend hours waiting to fix it at the DMV. A main reason for using AAA was to avoid making a DMV trip. If you hope that using AAA will avoid a DMV trip - you might just want to start at the DMV. Jan and Omar were very helpful and petite t with us as we navigated some novel issues. I found the staff friendly and generally very positive and helpful.

Avoid this place. Terrible experience trying to get help with my insurance. Insurance guy just stared at me without explaining anything and made me extremely uncomfortable.
