Roadside service complaint. Today I have upgraded to the AAA Plus that covers towing up to 100 miles and cost an extra $100, and then requested a tow for about 20 miles. Subsequently I was charged by the tow truck driver extra $131 (paid by a credit card), despite the AAA Plus membership. The AAA customer service explanation was that only 7 miles are covered. And not 100 miles that I paid for? I am very disappointed and don't recommend AAA roadside assistance to anyone.

I was greeted by a women who if she smiled her face would have cracked. I was interested in getting hotel room for two rooms for two nights. He said the only available would cost $1000.00. The reason being there was a shortage of available rooms on August 3rd and 4th. He made no effort to find another hotel within my price range. I asked about Wyndham he said he did not see that hotel.

Rude and unhelpful. I was “greeted” by a woman who looked less than pleased to have to do her job. I was never asked if I was a member—which I am—and she proceeded to tell me that physical vacation brochures are all digital now and there wasn’t much she could do. She seemed flustered to have to explain anything to me, and she finally managed to stand up and walk to the back where she managed to procure a five-year-old guide I may or may not be able to use. I booked and paid for a trip at the office in January 2024 & My trip is in April. I have called several times 4x concerning my trip and no call back? Very unprofessionalism at that office, I regret that I choose that branch and will never go back or recommend
