The absolute WORST travel planning experience OF MY 71 year life. Go to any travel agency. Do your trip arranging yourself even if you are deaf and blind! Do not use AAA travel. DO NOT! You will regret it and come to dread your trip not knowing what other SNAFUs await you through your journey. I quiver, quake and shake in anticipation of what lies ahead.

The staff at the Lyndhurst office, are all ways pleasant and knowledgeable with my for travel plans. The roadside assistant is superb . Had to use it, the other day, and the problem wasn't just a battery charge. The technicians arrange for that call, not to count, and I had to call out for a tow instead, I appreciate that benefit being offer.
Canceled my 48 year membership over $125 tow that wasn’t supposed to even be charged to me because I get five free tows a year up to 100 miles. They canceled my account and refunded me $21. I’ve had AAA for my entire life. I am so disappointed that they couldn’t send me an email or a phone call over this matter. I am unable to reinstate my long time standing membership. I will not be going back to AAA.
