I have been to this location multiple times. Twice for international license and once for insurance need. On average, I felt like wait times are a bit on the high side. The staff are courteous. Obtaining an international license after I got called was very straightforward, including getting a picture taken. I was told that they are making some changes to the system so the person who was sitting at the counter discussed insurance options with me as opposed to sitting with an insurance agent at a desk.
