All I'd like to say is that trying to find, pay, or input annual mileage info is just ridiculous. There are some many different sites it seems with different patterns of doing anything productive is just frustrating. Try having a basic website layout for every state you do business in. Same layout so people can feel comfortable using the site. I paid my insurance yesterday and didn't have the annual mileage ready so today I used my cell phone and it says my info is incorrect. It's extremely easy to collect your merchandise! I wish they would open a bit earlier than 9:00 a.m and stay open a little later than 5:30 in order for more flexible pickups!
My Sister and broke down and called AAA, the driver from Black towing from Mt Vernon, Bryan, was the driver and he was so nice. He towed the car and both of us to Super Center here in town. He was great and we really appreciate his help. Especially to two old stranded woman. Thank you.
