Worst experience. Tried to upsell me on a policy and imediately started having biliing and coverage issues following refusal. Total scam.

NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE- I received very poor customer service yesterday from a snippy woman who answered my call regarding questions I had about my AAA roadside assistance membership coverage. After she was finished criticizing my use of words, I was transferred, yet again. I left a voice message which has yet to be returned. All I'd like to say is that trying to find, pay, or input annual mileage info is just ridiculous. There are some many different sites it seems with different patterns of doing anything productive is just frustrating. Try having a basic website layout for every state you do business in. Same layout so people can feel comfortable using the site. I paid my insurance yesterday and didn't have the annual mileage ready so today I used my cell phone and it says my info is incorrect. It's always something with this insurance company... read more
