Horrible experience so far. My husband and I moved in together and started insurance policies with AAA for our cars and home. They have great rates but that is about it. First agent could never get our information entered correctly, we have called him five different times to resolve issues with our policy and continued to have issues. Worst experience. Tried to upsell me on a policy and imediately started having biliing and coverage issues following refusal. Total scam.

NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE- I received very poor customer service yesterday from a snippy woman who answered my call regarding questions I had about my AAA roadside assistance membership coverage. After she was finished criticizing my use of words, I was transferred, yet again. I left a voice message which has yet to be returned. AAA auto insurance & their roadside assistance leaves a lot to be desired. Thankfully, there are other companies which offer similar services.
