Came in for an international driving permit and the process was smooth and quick. Price was reasonable.
I’ve been with them for years and never had a claim nor ever received a ticket and they Doubled my rate. So I went to Allstate and got the same policy and price as I was originally paying for with AAA. AAA lost two accounts for being greedy.
I've had auto insurance through AAA for 5+ years and received excellent service, until I moved to Indiana. The Evansville office dropped the ball and let my policy lapse. The agent pretty much shrugged his shoulders. Told me it happens all of the time and in 20 years, he's never seen AAA rectify the situation I was put in.
Do not get insurance thru this company. Whenever l try to call the local the local in Evansville In they will not answer the phone. They give you an option to have them call you back but they don’t call you back. The 800 number you have to wait on hold for ever, they just have terrible customer service. I do not drive a lot so they give you a discount for that, l bought a different car so they took that discount off. They said l would have to wait three months and submit my mileage then. Horrible experience so far. My husband and I moved in together and started insurance policies with AAA for our cars and home. They have great rates but that is about it. First agent could never get our information entered correctly, we have called him five different times to resolve issues with our policy and continued to have issues.
