My 81 yo father called AAA for car trouble on Saturday June 28 at 2 pm. First they said it’ll cost $100 for us to come out, wth is that? He paid the $100 that shouldn’t have been due and then waited 4 hours in the blistering heat AND NO ONE CAME. DO NOT USE!!!! THESE GUYS SUCK!!!!! Seriously, they are a huge rip off & have zero accountability. What should have been a routine battery swap is resulting in my having to pay a mechanic thousands of dollars because AAA provided the wrong battery & did not reset my cars computer system. Very poor experience working with AAA in Denver, highly recommend against using & wasting money!
