went for oil change and the technician forgot to close the dipstick properly which caused my engine light came on about five miles down the road. Had to return to have them diagnose what was wrong and they had to repressurize my car.
I cannot express my gratitude for Brandon and AAA enough. On my drive home from work, my tire went flat, and I had to pull off to the side and it happened to be right next door to here. I walked over to ask for advice (it was past 6 and they were wrapping up for the night) and Brandon took it upon himself to help me put on my spare free of charge. I was able to get home quickly and safely today because of him. I hope he is getting the recognition he deserves, because I could not be more grateful.
