Lot of work done but plugs not tighten on 2 areas. My driveway and garage floors are now stained. No compensation offered. Been a AAA member go 30 years and going to this location for at least 7 years. No very pleased.
Zach was truly a gem. He explained the procedures my car would go through and why. His attention to details and kindness have definitely converted me to a AAA car repair user. Work was done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.

Update. Next year's visit was a disaster. I wouldn't recommend having them do routine or emergency services on your car. A scheduled oil change took 3.5 hours. I was told all services needed to be done, and the car needed a new set of tires, and a new steering rack, and new suspension components. A 2nd opinion found nothing wrong with the car. ZERO star!
