I absolutely hate this company. No one ever answers. Forced to try and call corporate, but when you finally talk to someone they said they are out of your region and can't help. How can corporate not make changes to my policy?? I can't wait to cancel
They collected my fingerprints really quickly and they didn't lose my appointment even once, unlike another branch closer to my house! They're also not rude.
