I got transferred to this regional office after getting bounced by AI and agent in Ohio. I requested a map of Glacier Park and was told I can come pick it up. Told agent that's 4 hours one way. I was told I was rude and she took my info to mail it, asking for my address but not the city or state. I knew then it would not be mailed same day. Never came. Been a member for 28 years but am canceling membership because of this person who was rude and lied.
Went to get a document notarized and was seen promptly, attended to kindly and politely. No charge for members.
To start, I am an elderly gentlemen and have trouble getting around. My problem was, I had a very low tire, what seems to be a bead leak. I am a AAA MEMBER across the river in INDIANA.
