Absolutely unacceptable...been customer for years. Ive called and left multiple messages regarding transferring insurance to my new truck. I've gotten no call back in a week. I'm canceling my policies if I can ever get anyone on the phone. ZERO customer service
Great service with my international driving permit today. Took the necessary photos and explained what the permit is needed for. Offered various other services that I didn't need today, but I'll certainly keep them in mind for the future. Their services are valuable.
I have had AAA in the past and they use to be good 20 years ago. I have always gotten the Plus plan, becuase I live in the country. The last several years that I had their service, they never showed up to tow me. I would call, they would make me wait 4 hours or longer and then nobody would show. So I quit using them. I just got a offer in the mail, but it doesn't specify the level of service, I am guessing the basic with only 5 miles of towing. Sorry, but that isn't going to work for me.
