Wife’s Prius needed a hybrid battery. Opted for the Toyota battery over the aftermarket. Googled, and found AAA Hybrid battery 2 miles away. Chris was responsive and knowledgeable, in explaining the options. Took a few days to get the battery from nor-cal, but the overall experience was very positive. Car is back on the road, running great!
I judge a business by how they respond if there is an issue. We had an issue with our replacement battery and it was resolved with no fuss in a very timely manner.
Chris rebuilt a battery in my Ford Escape Hybrid several years ago. On two ocassions since then I called him for a consultation. Once when the engine was replaced and more recently when the car would not run after an extended time without being driven. His advice was critical in getting back on the road. Didn't ask for money. Gave great insight for free. Every experience with AAA Hybrid and Chris has been excellent.
Owner was very nice, work was done quickly, I had a battery for my car changed, has been working well so far after 6 months
