I called Sharif the owner of the company to please give me a copy of the repair I had in 2021. He said if he couldn't find it he would get me a new bill. I have been calling him since August of this year. I must have called him 20 times and texted him repeatedly and he has never given me what I have asked for. I have had problems and I need a copy of the work done. I was charged $800.00 to recharge the unit only to call him back because the problem wasn't resolved.
