So rude!! They only care about taking your money! No type of management! Give you the run around on the phone! Cold transfer you to the wrong departments and or hang up repeatedly!!
Took my car in to get a diag to see what’s wrong they don’t keep you updated on anything a week later 150$ diag fee turned into 500$ and they still couldn’t find what’s wrong no parts changed nothing fixed and I get the car back and my 150$ dash cam is damaged and center console ripped apart honestly ur better off taking your car to the actual dealership worst experience i have ever had
