To make it short and sweet,I have no issues with the physical interaction part of the service,but a heavy gripe with the phone side of the bussiness. There is just no way of contacting the personel in the International Licence department or the travel department as a fact.. I sat on the phone for over 45 minutes yesterday trying to get someone on the line with no avail. Beware of this place. They locked my wheels so many times and told me the car runs just fine until the Ford dealership had to replace my entire braking system due to overheating. Perhaps it's the AAA treatment they give to minoritie as I am one.
Needed an international drivers permit to replace one I got at this location a year ago. Checked the website which said they close at 1pm on Saturdays. Drove 30 minutes to get there arriving at 12:33. Walked in and was told they’d closed the register at 12:30 and I should come back on Monday. No apologies, no wishing they could help, just a bland statement to come back.
Friendly staff was in and out in no time. I needed an international driving permit.
So rude!! They only care about taking your money! No type of management! Give you the run around on the phone! Cold transfer you to the wrong departments and or hang up repeatedly!!
