I'm sure the Huntersville location is perfectly fine. This is a review of corporate. Consumer beware that if you auto renew you can not cancel or change credit payment on your on-line account. All other corporations I have dealt with has this ability . Not AAA . They think they are being clever as they removed this feature. Do you think they removed it for their benefit or yours? Renew for life I guess. Yes you can call , like it's 2002, and cancel.
Great auto care department. The guys back there are the best, especially the one with nice hair.

0/5. They take advantage of women and those who don't know cars. A $30 state inspection led to a $188 bill because they got mad I declined their repairs. I can't prove they messed up my car, but it was fine at drop off at 7:50 am and at 1 pm (with no text or email other than the recommended repairs that had nothing to do with the inspection), all of a sudden my car is running rough and "might show a code soon".
