AAA Carolinas is terrible when it comes to programs that they promote. Once you sign up for them, you aren't able to access the benefits. I have been trying for two months to get a balance for my AAA Dollars and I am constantly given the run around when contacting their customer service number. I will be signing up for a different roadside assistance service when my current membership expires. I will also be sure to encourage my friends and family to do the same!
Quote one price charge another and take advantage of young women. Plus they tore a hole in the drivers seat that they refuse to fix or acknowledge. The seat had 0 tears prior to the work being done.

The passport lady was so quick and helpful!! She was also so so kind considering especially considering I came in 30 mins before closing!
