I placed a call for roadside service at 3:45 PM. It was almost 8:00 PM and no one had shown up. I called AAA back and was told that when the service man got here I was not home. I said I’ve been here the whole time. They asked me if I had a daughter I said no. They told me to hold on. Then the gentleman who I originally talked to on the original call got on the phone and said he was very sorry, it was his fault. He canceled the wrong call. He canceled mine. Nadia is putting together a trip for us to Italy. She is very kind, understanding, and patient with us senior citizens. She is a great representative for AAA. We have to return to finish everything. We need to make sure the dates will work and if we are going to extend the trip.
