Horrible experience need to train your workers. I'm writing to specifically thank Zach and his shift supervisor, Tony. I had called AAA a few days earlier because my battery was dead. The guy who responded to my call said I needed a new battery, so he left and returned to install the new battery, which I purchased from him/AAA directly. Unfortunately, the next morning when I started my car, my A/C panel was not lighting up and the A/C did not work - which was especially frustrating because we were in the midst of a heat wave. Getting an international driving permit sounded like it would be a hassle…it turned out to take 15 minutes in and out, including filling out the form and taking/printing the photo, and I now have my IDP in hand. Good staff here, helpful and efficient. A rare case where I think it’s genuinely easier and faster to go in-person than to attempt to do it online (even if not an AAA member). And now I have all this extra time on my hands this afternoon
