RecommendedBrian, Driver #37, call #5073-came out because I had a flat tire. My tire store is Right around the corner from my house so we’re changing the tire he recommended that he just fill the tire up with air then he followed me to my tire store to make sure it got there safely. Great customer service thank you

I am so thankful for AAA and my Tower Brian. He was so nice, prompt, and went above and beyond. I requested a tow to Toyota’s car dealership because my car started driving slowly and had a very loud sound. I had no idea what it could be. He suggested it may have to do with my muffler, provided a more economical choice than Toyota (I called and they only order new mufflers) and helped explain to the mechanic what he thought was wrong. On the coldest day of the winter so far (-13!) and being in a warm, safe place, I figured I'd wait hours for service. Not so. Maybe an hour, tops. Brian (driver #75-37) took good care of me, knew what he was doing & got the car picked up & towed away in no time. Let's hope the service at the dealership is as good as AAA's. Thanks a;ll y'all.
